Please note, our building does not have elevator access; our clinic space is located at the top of a staircase.

Cancellation Policy: All services cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. Please contact me via email at hello@yourownhealth.ca if you are cancelling within less than 48 hours due to a personal sickness or an emergency.

Direct Billing: I am pleased to offer direct billing to most insurance companies for RMT services. I am not currently offering direct billing for RD (nutrition) services. Please check your benefits plan to ensure you have coverage for the services you are booking in for as I am unable to verify individual plan coverage.

Discovery Calls and Initial Nutrition Sessions: Please book in for a free, 15 minute discovery call prior to booking in for an initial nutrition session. During these calls we will discuss your current needs, my scope of practice, and logistics regarding scheduling and billing. There are a few areas of dietetics I am currently not offering nutrition counselling for, so it is important we have a brief discussion prior to an initial session to ensure we are the right fit.
